Typically: accommodation, breakfast (and dinner where mentioned), private transfers, sightseeing as per itinerary, permits, and our 24×7 on-trip support. Flights are optional add-ons. Every quote lists inclusions and exclusions line by line before you pay anything.
Once you approve the itinerary, a small advance confirms your hotels and transport. The balance is payable before the trip starts. We share official invoices and booking vouchers for everything.
Cancellation terms are shared in writing with every quote and depend on hotel and season policies. We always work to recover the maximum refundable amount for you, and we're transparent about it before you book.
